 School will not be in session on Friday, January 20, as this is an in-service day for teachers.  Please make the necessary arrangements for your children on this day.

 5th grade students interested in Beginning Band should be attending Thursday's informational meeting with their parents held in the MAES band room at 6 p.m. If you are unable to attend the meeting, please contact Mrs. Sternberg at either the High School or MAES.

 Athletic and forensics teams will have Winter team pictures taken on Tuesday at 2:10 p.m. in the gym. 

 Students in grades 2-8 will be taking the Measures of Academic Progress (MAP) tests this week in both Math and English/Language Arts. Over the course of the next two weeks, students in these grades will rotate through the computer lab to take two computer-based assessments which will last approximately 30-40 minutes each.  Test results are determined and made available to teachers within 24 hours.  Teachers use these test results to form their next rounds of instruction based on needs of students.
